Wear comfortable clothing for moving and sweating in. (Don’t have yoga clothing to wear? Check out our yoga apparel partner Lululemon for inspiration.) We suggest you bring your water bottle, towel and mat towel. At Yoga Den, we provide Lululemon yoga mat for members. Clients from 3rd party booking platforms can rent the mat for 3 euros.
It’s up to your physical condition and your schedule. However, the more you practise, the more you will realise the benefits of yoga for your body and mind. We recommend practising at least three times per week. For Mysore program, our students usually keep a consistent daily practice.
Well, it depends. Please check with your family doctor for guidance. If you are allowed to practise with minor injuries or discomfort, please indicate it to the teacher. In short, if experience unusual pain, stop immediately and let the teacher know.
If there’s no more spots online for booking, you can choose to be waitlisted. Any released spots then will be given to the members on the waitlist. And you will get email and text notification if you get the spot before the class.
Yes. You can cancel your class booking up to 2 hours before the class. The class credit will be returned if you cancel in time. If you no show or cancel within 2 hours, for classpack members, the credit won’t be returned. For unlimited members, after 3 no shows, you will be charged the drop-in rate.
Of course! Yoga Den is a community, and we welcome anyone who wants to join. In order to invite your friends, you can either ask them to register and use the Free Week Trial to book a class with you. Or you can contact our member care team to arrange it for you.
Yoga Den provides flexible single drop in, class packages (10/20 classes), unlimited passes (1 month, 6/12 months) and monthly subscription. Not sure what to choose? You can always try our classes for free with the Free Week Trial and then decide. Our member care team will help to find the plan fits you best.
Yoga Den unlimited membership doesn’t cap daily class attendance for the members, and our authorised Mysore programme is also included. Other studios usually price all-inclusive memberships at €120 per month. Besides, Yoga Den teachers are among the highest quality teachers in the Netherlands. We pay them fairly for their commitment and contribution to the yoga community, and we don’t want to underpay our teacher. In short, our pricing is competitive, and we ensure you the best classes you will ever experience in Amsterdam.
Yes, we do. We believe in our quality yoga classes, so we give offer 7-day free trial to all residents in the Netherlands. We also have promotion and sales to celebrate our anniversary and special occasions. Opt in for our newsletter to receive information about events and promotions.
You can book private sessions, workshop, teacher training and other events via our website and Mindbody system. Your membership gives you access to group classes, not including private sessions, workshops, training or other paid events.
