50h Pranayama & Meditation Training

with Xinia

Two immersive weekends: November 14–16 & November 21–23

Join Xinia for a deeply immersive 50-hour training designed to deepen your understanding and experience of pranayama and meditation—foundational pillars of classical yoga. This course offers a comprehensive exploration of both traditional yogic knowledge and contemporary research, preparing teachers and practitioners alike to safely and effectively integrate breathwork and meditation into personal practice or teaching.

This training is rooted in the eight-limbed path of yoga, focusing on the gradual development of body, breath, and mind to support a safe and sustainable pranayama practice. Over two weekends, you’ll move through theory, practical application, guided practices, group discussion, and self-reflection, supported by a deep dive into traditional texts and current findings.
